I requested the City of L.A. put stop signs in our neighborhood to stop the speeders and people cutting through the neighborhood to avoid traffic. They refused and only offered us "speed humps." Take a look and see if you think the city made a good judgement call and we no longer have cars speeding through our neighborhood.

I caught LA Street Services washing out one of their filthy street sweepers into the gutters of our neighborhood which is illegal. The supervisor was standing there watching them and when I brought it to his attention, he just ignored me. Watch!
