A journey on the Talyllyn Railway in mid-Wales in September 2006, with ex-Corris Railway No 4 'Edward Thomas', a Kerr Stuart 'Tattoo' class 0-4-2ST. We start at Cynfal halt, then travel through to Nant Gwernol, passing 'Tom Rolt' at Quarry Siding, taking in a halt at Abergynolwyn. We finish at Rhydyronen on the return trip down the valley.

Narrow gauge steam train pulled by loco No. 4 'Edward Thomas' on the Talyllyn Railway. This one was a 'driver experience' train and not carrying passengers, leaving Brynglas at 12.40 on a wet 3rd November 2007, the last day of the running season proper. Slippery rails meant it left very slowly!

On Wednesday 5th March 2008, Talyllyn Railway steam loco No. 2 'Dolgoch' newly painted in lined red climbs the bank out of Brynglas station on a runpast arranged for yours truly, while on a private photo charter. The coaches are the original 1866-built ones, along with brakevan, and the loco was also built in the same year. Video taken with a Sony Cybershot T100.
