2008 saw the return to baseball of Pittsburgh Pirate outstanding first baseman, Sid Bream. Born in Carlisle, Pa., he played 11 years in the Majors principally with the Pittsburgh Pirates (1985-1990) and the Atlanta Braves (1991-1993).
