The Electoral Commission of Kenya has dared the government to abolish it saying such a move is gross violation of the law and would be resisted. But even as the commission remained defiant, KTN obtained a draft copy of a constitutional amendment bill that, if passed, will see ECK replaced by the interim independent electoral commission.
