This video highlights the work of Dr. Freddy Mubuto, the head doctor at Nyamibungu Mother and Child Hospital in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Catholic Relief Services provides support for many programs here such as medical training, infrastructure improvement, and transportation provision.
This campaign is an opportunity for the Congolese Diaspora to unite for the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo through one simple and significant gesture: Pledge and Pose.
This is raw unedited footage of a small group of men fishing a nursery pool in the 'Bas Congo' region of western DRC.
The footage was taken in late October 2008 whilst on a trip to the country visiting partners of the UK charity Christian Aid.
