Man you guys are so lucky in this day and age cause back in the day we had... I speak from the late 80's to early 90's vs. Today. Sorry the video went live so late in the day, sometimes tech stuff happens and junk...or something.
So many people let a day just go right on by. Did you live it or did you lose it? Thats the question asked and spoken on in theis video.
Live it: Take advantage by doing something anything you wanted to do this day.

Its just me trying to explain how ive gone from 318lbs to 205lbs in a year an a half.
In the future I might make a bunch of pictures of myself from then and now to show progress, then again I might just talk about something totally different.
