A time lapse looking west over the Brisbane CBD from 6-10pm. Shots were taken every 30 seconds, played back at 10fps, so every second is about 5 minutes.
a workmate went on holidays for 6 weeks, so we decided to alfoil everything on his desk. We even added some new items, and alfoiled those too!
The whole thing took about 2 days for 5-6 people - the keyboard alone took the better part of a day! Everything was still functional, though he said the tea bags tasted like alfoil :/

I attempted some drifting in GTA IV by driving on bare rims and got mixed results.
Then I got bored and tried to drive my car to destruction, but when the car seemed determined to outlast my attention span I pulled out a grenade, which was EPIC FAIL
monkeymajik's sprinter lost a wheel when leaving queensland raceway. no idea how it didn't happen on the track, but it's definitely a good thing it didn't.

The total lunar eclipse on Aug 28 2007 as seen from suburban Brisbane, Australia.
This is approximately 1 hour's worth of shots taken in two stages of the eclipse - every 5 seconds during the total eclipse, then every 10 seconds during the reveal.

I was expecting only 2 or 3 sets of fireworks to be visible, not all of them (I think 6 barges, 3 bridges, and around half a dozen buildings)
the s1 garage crew getting up to all sorts of mischief whilst installing a front mount intercooler on my s15. the install was a success, as were all the "that's what she said" jokes.
