Some college boys (us) flip our buddies car sideways in the parking spot. A classic for the dweeb who drives the dweeby car! I kinda wish i got the gas mileage he does though.
I'm drivin the 1995 civic ex coupe w/ a turbocharged d16z6 engine. Using a .50/.63 t3/to4e on 15lbs of boost. Hatch has a B16 vtec swap. We went from a 1st gear roll, and i completely missed 3rd gear... On top of having zero traction in 2nd.
This is my streetfighter, just warming up. You'll hear it mid video, reaching the warm temp when the idle picks up a bit. will be Turbocharged by late spring 08!
After finally getting the engine rebuilt, running, and idling correctly, I cruised around the neighborhood getting an idea of what i was in for as far as tuning... Just kidding... NEW ENGINE! TIME TO BEAT ON IT!!!
Oil line welds itself to the power steering pump, because i forgot the transmission ground wire! Oops... It was a bit scary... but no problems. Hooked up the ground wire, and all was fine.
Build is almost done. All that's left is to get a low lever oil sump for the return out of the turbo, paint the tank / fender / tail, and tune.
Smoke is coming from the turbo overfilling with oil. Oil leaking out the seals of the turbo into the exhaust. Turbo is rebuilt, so no comments about that please.
All part of the brand new project with kinks to be worked out.
